设施设备工程师

岗位职责：

1. Lead equipment and facilities ledger making, gather the equipment specification and drawing, draw up the spare part list, record the medical record. 

主导设备及设施台账制定，设备说明书与图纸建档，制定备品备件清单表、设备病历卡。

2. Formulate the equipment checklist and instruction, follow up and solve equipment problem; Lead the key equipment inspection, plan the overhaul plan and corrective plan. 

全面制定设备点检作业指导书，跟进设备运行问题的解决；关键设备跟进点检，规划大修计划与设备改善计划。

3. Formulate the equipment lubrication plan and record, arrange to examine the oil sample, ensure the daily lubrication cycle plan on time.

制定设备润滑五定表，定期检查油品，确保润滑按计划实施。

4. Formulate the equipment spare part replacement plan by periodic, and set up the purchase plan and safe stock, the spare part arrival inspection.

建立设备关键备件更换周期表，建立请购计划与库存规划，到货检验。

5. Analysis the equipment failure mode and the machinery safety, lead the maintenance work and corrective maintenance.

设备典型故障、安全事件根源分析，制定有效合理的改善对策。

6. Responsible for the maintenance works for all company facilities and building, do the sub-contractor management and liaison work well to ensure the company facilities and building in good status.

负责对工厂的设备设施和建筑物的日常维护工作，做好分包商的管理与联系，确保设备设施与建筑物处于良好状态。

7. Responsible for the related special equipment and concerning safety issues management work.

负责相关的特种设备及相关设备安全问题的管理。

8. Responsible for environmental protection, firefighting, power supply, gas supply and water supply’s management and local authority department liaison work.

负责工厂环境保护，消防，电力供应，废气与废水收集与处理，气体与水的供应系统的管理工作，与当地行政部门做好联络。

9. Complete other jobs assigned by the superior.

负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务。

10. Attend the trainings organized by the company actively, keep on improving the working skill and knowledge.

积极参加公司组织的各种培训，努力学习业务知识，提高业务技能。

11. Follow the company’s instruction and rules. 

严格依照公司的各项规章制度、流程及操作指导执行。

岗位描述：

1. College degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering ，more than two years relevant work experience in mechanical manufacturing   industry.

机械与电气相关的本科以上学历，具有2年以上设备设施管理经验；

2. Have the teamwork spirit, learning skill, work seriously, emotional control.

    团队合作精神，良好学习能力，工作认真，良好的情绪控制。

3. Have good English reading and writing ability，and oral communication skills.

 具备基本机械常识和英文读写能力，和日常口语沟通交流技能。

4. Can read the electrical drawings, familiar with PLC programming and electrical drive system, etc.

能够读懂电气原理图纸，熟悉PLC系统逻辑和电气驱动系统等。

5. Responsible the equipment and facility TPM management, workshop 5S system management, etc.

设备设施TPM综合管理、5S推行等推行。

6. Excellent proficiency with ERP, LN，BI, MS software and database management systems.

     熟练使用ERP系统、LN系统、BI系统、MS软件等数据库系统.

月薪：10000-15000
